Mandatory Deposit

​Appointments will not be confirmed without the deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

It will be applied as credit to the final invoice.

If the deposit is not made at the time of booking, the appointment slot will be released.

Artist Reassignment

If the assigned artist cannot attend the appointment, you will be rescheduled with another available professional.

If there are no available artists to attend you, the full deposit will be refunded.

Home Services
-
Subject to the availability of the artist and carries additional charges.
-
An extra charge of $50 will apply for services within the metro area.

An additional fee of $1.50 per mile (round trip) will apply for services outside the metro area.

A minimum of 3 people is required for services outside the metro area.

Parking and toll costs will be added to the final invoice.

Punctuality Policy
-
When service is at the salon or studio, a 10-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

When service is for a group, a late fee of $25 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when party arrives after scheduled time, or if the service allotted time exceeds because of client delays.

No Guests Policy

For safety and comfort, no guests are allowed during appointments in the studio.

Children are not allowed in the studio under any circumstances.

Remaining Payments
-
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment in a single payment.

Accepted payment methods: cash, ATH Móvil, and credit card.

A 3.5% convenience fee will apply to all credit card payments.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance.

Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please inform us before leaving the salon so necessary adjustments can be made.No claims will be accepted after leaving the establishment.

Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior towards all staff and other clients is expected.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with this policy.

Personal Care Policy

Please arrive with the following recommendations to the studio:

Makeup Services: Arrive with a completely clean face, free of any makeup residue. Avoid facials, waxing, laser treatments, or sunbathing close to your appointment date. If you have allergies, dry eyes, or tearing, use eye drops or medication as needed. We do not recommend attending makeup appointments with eyelash extensions, as they may interfere with the application of certain products and affect the final result.

Hairstyling, Waves, or Braids: Arrive with clean and blow-dried hair. Do not use a flat iron. Hairstyle services do not include the blow-dry; If you wish to add a blow-dry service, please notify us in advance.

Curly Hairstyles: Arrive with clean, dry and defined curls. Curly hairstyles do not include curl definition; if you wish to add curl definition to your service, please notify us in advance.

Curls Definition: Arrive with freshly washed, detangled, and product-free hair. Please collect your hair in a braid. We recommend to wash your hair at least 3 times.

Blow-Dry and Straightening: Arrive with freshly washed, detangled, and product-free hair. Please collect your hair in a braid. We recommend to wash your hair at least 3 times.
